Truitt Ray Law offers domestic mediation services in family law matters by trained Indiana registered Domestic Relation Mediators. Mediation is a confidential negotiation process between parties outside of the courtroom. Our mediators navigate the parties in an unbiased manner to facilitate the parties reaching a legally binding agreement. If the parties can reach such an agreement, the Mediator will draft the agreement in a legally binding format and submit the same to the Court on your behalf for approval. Successful mediation allows the parties to keep control of their family and financial decisions while avoiding the need for the parties to appear in the courtroom for a public hearing on their personal matters.
